Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-9 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Prepaid Orders Only): Quicker delivery, depending on location and availability.
  • Next-Day Shipping : Based on location and availability.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within India:

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹10,000 (excluding GST).
  • Courier Partners: We use reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping to specific countries, with shipping fees and delivery times varying by destination.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier service.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per their country’s regulations.

For international orders, please contact us before placing an order for estimated shipping charges.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • All delivery dates provided are estimates only and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for domestic orders (India) and is NOT available for orders above ₹10,000 (excluding GST).

  • Free shipping is applicable only within India for orders above ₹5,000 (excluding GST).

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, Military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted zones.

4. Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
